Berkhamsted School Lych Gate

I worked at Berkhamsted School for almost 20 years as the Art Technician (and also lived in as a part-time resident tutor in St Johns Girls Boarding House) so this scene is very familiar to me!

Also, my dad attended the School, so its a very special place to me.

I have now sold the original painting of this, but I do have quite a few other, original different paintings left of Berkhamsted School, inc. the Girls School and the Prep School) alternatively prints and cards are available or why not commission anaoriginal painting for yourself!

I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m²

Dimensions:

This painting is A3 size, it comes mounted (white acid free mountboard, outside dimensions 51cm 40.5cm (20” x 16”) but un-framed. Signed and titled in pencil by me.
