Chesham Skottowes Pond.Situated in Lowndes Park, this landmark pond was excavated in the 18th century and filled with natural sprng water. It is named after the Skottowe family who once owned a mansion house called "Bury Hill House" (now demolished). With a central island it is home to an abundance of wildlife.
