Ivinghoe Beacon Original Painting
Ivinghoe Beacon
Is a prominent hill, ancient Hillfort site and landmark in Buckinghamshire, 233 m above sea level in the Chiltern Hills, close to Ivinghoe and Aldbury. Dunstable, Berkhamsted and Tring are nearby. The Beacon lies within the Ashridge Estate and is managed and owned by the National Trust
Ive spent a lot of my childhood walking, playing, kite flying and dog walking here with my family. When I was training for the London Marathon 2012 I used to run from Berkhamsted to the Beacon and back, happy days!
I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m2
