LMS Loco Bourne End

LMS Locos 1018 and 5508 North of Boxmoor. 1939 12/20 Euston to Birmingham, from a photograph by H.C.Casserley. The land to the Right still belongs to the Boxmoor Trust and the belted cows can still be seen today grazing the fields around the highwayman Snooks` Grave (just visible). Of course the new A41 bypass now dissects this scene.
