Ped LBNGR Original Painting

Here is "Ped" (Pedamaura) a lovely loco on Leighton Buzzard Narrow Gauge Railway

I painted and donated this as a gift to the railway to promote the extension to the line. Ped is shown chugging through the countryside in Leighton Buzzard, Beds.

My dad and grandad were early supporters of this heritage steam railway. As kids we went once a month, we played in Pages Park whilst dad and granded tinkered around the engine shed. Happy memories indeed. Recently I have been a volunteer there myself.

I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m²

This painting is A3 size, it comes mounted (white acid free mountboard, outside dimensions 51cm 40.5cm (20” x 16”) but un-framed. Signed and titled in pencil by me.
