Chesham Skottowes Pond Original Painting

Skottowes Pond Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Skottowes Pond was excavated in the 18th Century and filled with natural spring water. The pond is named after the Skottowe family, who owned a mansion house, nearby called Bury Hill House. A magnificent haven for wildlife in the oasis that is Lowndes park.

I now offer the original artwork for sale direct from my studio in Tring, Herts. The originals are hand-painted painted using water-based Winsor & Newton professional gouache paint on Arboreta E.S. white drawing cartridge paper 160g/m²

This painting is A3 size, it comes mounted (white acid free mountboard, outside dimensions 51cm 40.5cm (20” x 16”) but un-framed. Signed and titled in pencil by me.
